Summer time

Hello all you wonderful people

I hope you are all enjoying your summer, and stocking up stories to tell. It is that time of the year again, where change is in the air, decisions are being made, good-byes are said and suitcases are filled up.

No matter which university you’re off too in a month, although I truly hope it’ll be Cardiff guys, I wish you all the best of luck for the packing. I personally hate the sight of suitcases and the idea of putting all of  my belongings in a limited amount of space, but strangely enough I absolutely love unpacking and redecorating. I guess nothing is perfect hey, everything being a mixture of good and bad feelings alike.

Other than the packing, try to remember everything you need to get done before you are off. Your bank account, your insurances, you housing, your recipe books, and most importantly your head! No matter what happens this summer, or no matter how high school was, University is a fresh new start for you! So get your head straight and your game on. Think clearly on what you want to achieve, and how you want to see yourself in a year’s time. Sure university is a huge amount of fun, and boy are you going to see what fun really means during fresher’s week, but there are so much more to it.

Keep an eye out for all the different societies available, all possible hobbies and activities you can partake, and make sure of the course you are choosing! Make this coming experience an unforgettable one.

Please don’t forget to surf through Cardiff University’s website and its fab Student’s Union website too! Here are the links:
